Accuquilt Go! Baby Cutter Giveaway

Okay, so the moment you all have been probably waiting for is here: It's time to giveaway a Go! Baby Cutter and three dies of your choice!

To enter yourself, all you have to do is leave a comment.

You can of course leave any comment you like but I would love it if you could tell me what you are sewing with your scraps (links are fine, too). I am currently working on two projects with them but still have so many left that I am desperately looking for another way to use them. The goal is to be scrapless by the end of February :)

If you follow me you get an extra entry :)

Please make sure that there is a way of contacting you, if I pick you and can't email you, I will pick someone else.

Good luck everyone!

  1. Oh, wow, first one out. I used some solid scraps and a cross stitch pattern to make a cushion (I haven't blogged about it yet but will in the next couple of days). I cut 3cm squares, laid them out according to the pattern and sewed them together. Then I appliquéd them onto some Essex linen.

  2. I don't have a huge amount of scraps but I'm making needlecases and pouches at the moment!

  3. That machine looks so practical! Love the quilts that you made with it. Actually I'm not doing nothing with my scraps but keeping them color coded. When I have enough variety (it's difficult because I tend to use the same colours all over again) would love to make a color wheel quilt or a rainbow quilt...

  6. February is my month for the BEE GERMANY and I think I am going to use some scraps (and a solid) to send out. It will become either a wallhanging for my kitchen or a quilt for the couch...

  10. I am making a leaders and enders quilt, (see Bonnie Hunter's blog for how to do this) - I cut my scraps 3" tall and any random length long, and sew them together into strips. Then I sew a 2" strip of a solid fabric in between each scrappy strip, until I have a long enough piece to be a quilt top! It's fun and a great way to use scraps.

  14. Uiiiii-the first Accuquilt giveaway in Germany:) WOW!!
AT the moment my hubby has got the honour to cut ALL my scraps in either strips or 2" squares ... at the end my idea is to make a quilt - or better 2: one with just strips, loike a coin quilt or something. The other one with the squares, maybe like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/redpepperquilts/6716562911/in/contacts/ ... or maybe something different... I think as long as theey are all cut into "decent" sizes I can one day use them up...:) The smallest ones (I just cannot throw something away) I have in an extra box to make vERY small patchwork strips to make pouches, http://www.flickr.com/photos/monaw/4376192673/in/set-72157607085568426 or these: http://www.flickr.com/photos/monaw/5374680597/in/photostream

  17. I love making scrappy projects! My favorites are baby quilts, which I sometimes donate to charity. But it seems for every scrap I use, I make two more, so I doubt I will ever be "scrapless".

  43. I am currently using some larger scraps and thought i would try out a strip block....loved it so much i have decided to make several and turn this into a quilt. I really love the process of paper piecing this. I think i have a bout 12 blocks will need about 36 as i would like this to be a large quilt. I love that the very first piece of scrap is white and centred, then with each adjoining block this frames it.
I also need to make a few zipper pouches.
    Thank you for the giveaway
